If you follow me on instagram or read my blogposts frequently you would know that I’ve been on a journey to lose weight since October 2016.
I can proudly say that I’ve lost 12 kg (26lbs) since I started. I did alot of research online, read alot of articles, blogposts etc.. to understand more about nutrition and what my body needs to get the results I want. I hired a personal trainer and got to work!
This journey is not a diet for me, it’s a lifestyle. Something I want to maintain for the rest of my life. I want to keep challenging myself to be the best version of me every single day.
It’s not easy, sometimes I don’t feel motivated and I just want to stuff my face with junk food but I don’t. I have to keep going to reach my goal. Here’s how I find the strength and courage to keep on going.
